In most cases, access can be restored in just a few minutes.
How to Restore Access
Step 1: Sign Out
Log out of your Anglers Artistry account.
Step 2: Close Your Browser
Close all tabs displaying the Anglers Artistry website.
Completely exit your browser, such as Safari, Chrome, or Samsung Internet.
Step 3: Sign Back In
Reopen your browser and return to the Anglers Artistry website.
Sign in using the same email address you used to purchase your videos.
Navigate to My Videos to access your purchased content.
If You Still Can’t Access Your Videos
Please try the following additional steps:
Restart your phone or tablet.
Make sure your device has the latest operating system updates installed.
Clear your browser’s cache and cookies, then sign in again.
Try accessing your videos using a different web browser.
