The 2016 Reno Nevada Workshop!!

July 8-11, 2016 will be a 4 day hands on fish taxidermy and painting workshop held in Reno Nevada at Trophy Room Services!



The total cost of your workshop is $1100.00 for the 4 days including lunch each day.



This will be an exciting week! There will be more surprises and lots of fun that are all trademark of any of our Anglers Artistry Masters Series workshops! Lunch will be included (you all know how much I love great food!) In addition to World Class Workshop we will have a very special give away of some cool products and free reference material all as a part of your workshop!

First you will be receiving a Signature Special edition Workshop shirt as member of this event!

The Fish Reproduction you will be painting is included in the price of your workshop! (this is a big savings alone)

The price includes a Professional series set of DVD’s.

Also a complete reference set of the Anglers Artistry Masters Student reference packet!

The workshop will include and cover day 1-2 • Complete understanding of Fish anatomy

• Form measurements and proper templates making

• Fish Skin preparation and preservation

• Molding and casting of heads and fins

• Custom body carving for both commercial and competition

• Proper study of eye function and setting (in-depth)

• Taxi-ing of skin form preparation

• Composition techniques for both commercial and competition applications.

• Review of Finishing and painting for commercial and competition.

• Over view and topic study of Fish as it relates to common issues and problems we all encounter,

• A live critique of your mounts you may bring (one please per-participant)!

Day 3-4 of your workshop

• Custom eye painting and setting

• Reproduction review and preparation

• Theory of color and paint review

• Painting of your reproduction fish.

• Presentation review and design

We try our best to make it simple and all-inclusive so there will be a minimal list of what to bring items such as your own tools and airbrush and choice of reproduction. Once you’re in and confirmed a list will follow!
