Whitetail Workshop#1 Aug 22-24

I’m so proud to be able to get you together with a great teacher who really cares about your future in the world of taxidermy! This is the Masters Series Whitetail Workshop with World Champion Vincent Fleming! Be one of the members of the Masters Series Workshops week of August 22-24th 2016.

This is a first come first serve basis once the seats are filled the workshop will be closed. A deposit will secure you place for this workshop the week of August 22-24, 2016

What is included in your Maters Series workshop will be;

• Whitetail anatomy (learning about the “WHY’s” and the how’s of a Whitetail deer head anatomy!

• Vincent will cover Form measurements and how to choose proper Forms from suppliers!

• Skin preparation for mounting a Whitetail game head. Vincent will work with you and your cape to go over what is proper and what is needed before you put the skin on the mannikin! This is a must see!

• How reference relates to your mounting of Whitetail! Vincent will teach you how to look at reference and pull out the important aspects of a great deer mount! (World Champion’s insight in to what makes a deer a winner!)

• Manikin preparation for both commercial and competition. Vincent will cover how he takes a mannikin from out of the box to complete readiness for mounting! Bonus will be Vincent will share with you how he preps a Competition Mannikin!

• Proper study of eye function and setting (in-depth)! You will spend some time setting eyes with Vincent learning his award winning techniques for consistence and accuracy!

• Ear preparation and the anatomy of ear buts (in-depth)! Every ones trouble area de-mystified as you learn the ear but method that made Vincent a World Champion!

• Antler setting, form preparation will be a focus to how to related the orientations of the horns to the mannikin!

• Sewing techniques for both commercial and competition applications! Learn not just the how but the “WHY” of the best seam work you can do!

• Finishing and painting for commercial and competition! Vincent will demonstrate his techniques for Award winning finishing and the application of materials and color for the Whitetail deer!

• Over view and topic study of open mouth deer for competition

• And of course you will mount you very own Whitetail game head along with Vincent so all you will need to bring are your set of horns and your tanned whitetail cape.

In addition and included in your workshop cost you will receive the following and some more surprises during the workshop!

Each participant will be provided with a free Whitetail manikin, a Set of 3D reference (eyes, ear’s and nose casts) sets, ear liners, competition eyes, a personal set of whitetail reference, and all the necessary supplies to mount your very own Whitetail deer with Vincent Fleming!

The deposit amount is $250.00 to assure the workshop location and all needed aspects of hosting a event like this one the deposit are non- refundable. Please be sure this is a comfortable arrangement for you as this deposit serves as a contract for the garment of your seat for this workshop. You may also pay in full for the workshop if this is more convent for you.

All moneys will be refunded in full if the workshop is canceled for unforeseen conditions.
